Ajay Rajnikanth is currently pursuing his MBA at IESE Business School in Barcelona, ranked 4th in the world, where he is focused on the intersection of artificial intelligence and business transformation.
Ajay’s academic journey has been global from the outset. He earned the opportunity to study at City University of Hong Kong on scholarship, where he gained early international exposure and was recognized for his academic performance. This foundation of merit-based opportunities continued as he progressed into top-tier business education.
Reflecting on his time at Stanes School, Ajay credits the institution for laying the foundation of his journey. The environment of freedom, opportunity, and leadership allowed him to explore beyond textbooks and test his ideas early on.The space given by teachers to think independently and challenge assumptions helped him build the confidence to take risks and navigate ambiguity—qualities that have defined his path.
Ajay continues to build at the intersection of technology and business, with a long-term ambition to drive meaningful impact through innovation and leadership.

An alumna of Stanes School (ICSE), Coimbatore, I completed my schooling and served as the Head Girl. I was a State-Level Individual Champion at the ISC Tamil Nadu Athletics Meet (Under-18 category, 2016–17) and a three-time
recipient of Rev. H.O. Fowler Memorial Award in Grades 9, 10, and 11.
I went on to pursue a BSc in Psychology from the University of Warwick (UK)and an MSc in Child and Adolescent Mental Health from University College London (UCL), where my research focused on Autism Spectrum Disorder where my research focused on Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Anxiety and Depressive Disorders in Children and Adolescents.
I am currently working on establishing mental health units in schools, aiming to create accessible, child-centred support systems that promote emotional wellbeing and early intervention in educational settings.

Marketing & business management professional with over 2 years of experience at Wipro. Began as a Demand Generation Lead assisting in marketing campaigns for global QSR brands like Chipotle, Wendy’s, Panda Express, etc. Currently serving as an Associate Deal Execution Lead, overseeing end-to-end deal pursuits across healthcare, consumer goods, energy & manufacturing sectors, managing deal sizes up to $10 million.
