The Stanes fraternity celebrates the blessings of our God Almighty as we step into the next academic year with the new infrastructure provision.

Today's world may be about 'living your passion'. However, one must not press against personal time lines to fulfill his or her passion. The younger generation will be truly happy if they create meaningful, purposeful lives for themselves and learn how to use that to make an impact on the lives of others. As educationists we need to ask ourselves- 'How can we prepare our kids for the future?'

In the fourth stage of industrial revolution, with global trends changing, we are moving towards an era of machine learning. With artificial intelligence, robotics, surgeries and driverless cars coming up in a big way, 45% of the todays jobs won't exist when millennium kids graduate. Singularity University, a Silicon valley think tank, has predicted that the technological change is going to be exponential and the change between 2016 and 2022 will be greater than the changes that occurred between 1900 and 2000 AD. Preparing children to take up jobs that we see today as lucrative & prospective, is giving them a mindset for jobs which will not exist. We need to ask our children “How do you want to contribute to the world when you grow up?'' That opens them to new possibilities and to a purposeful life of contribution.

They will begin to solve problems we face in our world around us. Developing problem solving skills in our children is the purpose of education today. Our youth becomes the leaders of the human race progressing forward. As adults we need to ensure that our children do not lose their childhood through instant gratification and falling in line with a competitive rat race.

Students stretch out, take a deep breath, ponder, set your pace and move slowly but steadily to long lasting success.
